Q. How
can I find out all active computers in our LAN(Local Area Network)?
A.: In order
to find out all active computers in your LAN, you have two choices :
1.Select Menu: Operation--->Search Active Computer .
OR
2.Click "PC" ---- First Item of Toolbar.

can I find out resources such as shared document or programs on other
people's computer?
A. :
First find out all active computers in the LAN according to
question 1 listed above, in the "computer list" panel,
select the computer you want to explore ,then you can :
1.Double Click the item you select; OR
2.Click right button of your mouse ,then select "Search Shared
Resources in this computer" of popup
menu.
OR
3.Select Menu: Operation---->Search Shared Resource in this computer

A. First
find out all active computers in the LAN according to question 1 listed
above, then you can :
1. Click "All Resources" item in the toolbar ;
OR
2.Click right button of your mouse ,then select "Search Shared
Resources " of popup
menu.

3.Select Menu: Operation---->Search Shared Resource

Q. How
can I send a message to another people in our LAN?
A. First
find out all active computers in the LAN according to question 1 listed
above, in the "computer list" panel,
select the computer you want to communicate with ,then you can :
1.Click right side of " Send MSG" item in the toolbar
and Select "Send Message to this Computer" ;
OR
2.Click right button of your mouse ,then select "Send Message to
this Computer" of popup
menu.
OR
3.Select Menu: Operation---->Send Message to this Computer

A. First
find out all active computers in the LAN according to question 1 listed
above, then you can :

group/domain with me?
A. First find out all
active computers in the LAN according to question 1 listed above, then
you can :
1.Click right side of " Send MSG" item in the toolbar
and Select "Send Message to All Computers In this Group"
; OR
2.In the "computer list" panel, select any computer ,Click
right button of your mouse ,then select "Send Message to All
Computers In this Group" of popup menu.

3.Select Menu: Operation---->Send Message to All Computers In this

Q. What
I should notice before I send a message to other people?
A. You should notice
2 things in the message box you are filling
1.options:
Send by MyName means the sender of message showed in the
message box received by receiver will show your computer name.
Send By PseudoName means the sender of message showed in the
message box received by receiver will show any name you fill in the
input box.
2.times:
In the input box after label "times" , you can fill in a
number to tell program how many times you want the same message to be
send to receiver . If you fill in input box "5",then receiver
will see 5 same messages one after another. Notice :Don't fill a
very large number in the input box !

Q. How
can I store all the computer information or/and shared document's
information ?
A. First find out all active
computers in the LAN according to question 1 listed above, then you can
:
1.In
the "computer list" panel, select any computer ,Click right
button of your mouse ,then select "Output logs to TXT File "
of popup menu , then all the computer information will be
store into TXT file named "computer.txt".
OR
2..In the "Shared Resource list" panel, select any item ,Click
right button of your mouse ,then select "Output logs to TXT File
" of popup menu , then all the Shared Resource
information will be store into TXT file named "resource.txt".

Q. What
the menu item "Map Network Driver " means when I click item in
"Shared Resource list" and click right mouse button ?
A.You can select this menu, so you
can see a newly added driver in "Explorer". You can access all
shared information very fast through Explorer .
